Mallow Groove began in 2016 as a little challenge to myself on my 40th birthday. For about a year before that I had been making marshmallows for friends and family, and the reaction was always the same: “You should start a business!”
Eventually I decided to take the leap, and Mallow Groove was born.
I love experimenting with flavours and discovering how simple ingredients can come together to create something a little bit magical. From fruity and fresh to rich and chocolatey, every batch is an opportunity to try something new.
In 2018 I was thrilled to win the #SBS (Small Business Sunday) award from entrepreneur Theo Paphitis, a fantastic moment that helped shine a spotlight on my little marshmallow adventure.

Today, every batch of Mallow Groove marshmallows is still handmade in Suffolk in small quantities, with a focus on fun flavours and fluffy perfection. You’ll often find me at local markets sharing samples, chatting with customers, and dreaming up the next marshmallow creation.
